Shipping:

Your order will be handed over to the courier within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders are delivered the next business day.
Once we have received your order, we will start working on it as soon as possible. You will receive a pre-notification that you have ordered from our webshop and that the package will be handed over to the courier so they can deliver it. This way they know which packages to expect on a given day. As soon as they have received your package, they will email you with the expected delivery time.

Exchanges or returns:

If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always ready to help you! You can exchange or return our products within 14 days. In exchange for the returned product, you will receive your money back, with the exception of:

• Personalized items cannot be returned.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged for return.

You can register an item for return using the following steps:

1. Send an email to our customer service info@winkelvankatoen.nl with your full name, address, and phone number.
   Don't forget to include the order number! 
2. After receiving your email, we will contact you within 5 business days. 
3. We will send you a return label (postage paid) via email. Print this out.
4. Stick the return label on the package and send all items back. This must be done within 14 days.

After registering your return, we will refund the money including shipping costs within 14 days.
